In 2023, the Garmin Triathlon de Paris offers you a new format, the duathlon, in addition to the usual triathlons. If you fear the swimming part, the duathlon is the perfect compromise that will allow you to link 3 disciplines while enjoying Paris!

Triathlon or Duathlon, S or M, individual or relay... there is inevitably an event that suits you!

The 2023 program :

  • Saturday, June 24th :
    • 7:00 am: 1st start Triathlon S
    • 7:15 am: 1st starts Duathlon S
  • Sunday June 25th :
    • 7:00 am: 1st starts Triathlon M
    • 7:15 am: 1st starts Duathlon M

SATURDAY JUNE 24 : TO DISCOVER THE TRIPLE EFFORT

TRIATHLON S - INDIVIDUAL OR RELAY*.

1h30-2h30 of effort to get familiar with the specificities of triathlon.

Distances :

- 550 m swimming

- 21 km of cycling

- 6 km of running

DUATHLON S - INDIVIDUAL OR RELAY

The combination of two sports: cycling and running. If you're not sure about the swimming part, the duathlon is the perfect compromise that will allow you to do 3 disciplines together while enjoying Paris!

Distances :

- 5,2km running

- 21km of cycling

- 6km running

SUNDAY JUNE 25: To participate to the Queen's race

TRIATHLON M - INDIVIDUAL OR RELAY*

Are you looking for the ultimate challenge that requires a long effort? This format is for you!

Distances

- 1 500 m swim

- 40 km bike ride

- 11 km run

DUATHLON M - INDIVIDUAL OR RELAY*

The combination of two sports: cycling and running. If you're not sure about the swimming part, the duathlon is the perfect compromise that will allow you to do 3 disciplines together while enjoying Paris!

Distances

- 5,2 km running

- 40 km of cycling

- 11 km of running

 

* All event formats can be done in relays of 2 or 3 people where each person will do one of the disciplines (or 2 if necessary) of the race. The relay passages are done in the transition area and the courses are identical to the individual event.

The ideal formula to spend an extraordinary moment with your friends!
